Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Orders placed on weekdays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel along the way.

 - Please always full out your shipping name and adresse in English letters at checkout.

Shipping Times & Rates

- Standard delivery(UK) - £3.99 | 2-4 days working days(excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays).

- Standard delivery(International) - calculated at checkout.

- Free shipping on orders over £50(UK).

- Orders are delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

RETURN POLICY

- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

- Return shipping is not covered.

- Please use your chosen  courier with a tracked service as we are not responsible for your returns lost in transit.

- Once your return is received, inspected and approved your refund will be processed in 5-10 business days.

- If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will require a photo evidence within 3 days from when you receive the order and attach it to your return request email.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
